Humane Officer's Notebook 4/13
Walk one of our Dogs, get some exercise and make a new friend at the same time! Our cats are always in need of attention and affection too! For those that prefer to volunteer in other ways, we've also got opportunities to participate in HSLC events, opportunities for young people and filing and other clerical tasks.
If you are new to HSLC and are interested in doing volunteer work, please attend the orientations that are held the first Saturday of the month at the University of Scranton. Specific dates and times are on the Events Calender link located below. Click on the date to open a window with further info. Due to time constraints, please hold questions until the orientation if possible. If you are currently a volunteer or have a question that is not answered here, you may use the email address listed below. Disregard the auto-reply and inquiries will be answered at least once weekly.
